【摘要】 以工程实例简述型钢混凝土柱的施工工艺及质量控制措施,并运用基本的质量控制方法对质量问题进行要因分析,对相关质量控制工作进行系统全面的总结。在论述型钢柱的加工工艺过程和现场安装工艺过程中重点强调了工艺流程和过程质量的控制措施,并对变形纠偏提出了处理办法,运用公式给出了必要的证明。在钢柱的安装过程中特别强调了首节柱的安装工艺及钢柱吊装的校正措施。质量控制方法选用PDCA四阶段工作循环的管理程序和方法,以最基本的方式反应出实际施工中的质量控制情况。从现场施工的角度对劲性柱的选用形式等问题提出了自己的建议。更多还原
