【摘要】 利用正交实验设计方法,初步研究和探讨了磷、铁营养盐交互作用对隐藻生长的影响。结果表明,磷、铁营养盐的交互作用(P×Fe)的影响是极其显著的,得出隐藻合适生长铁浓度范围为50 nmol/L~1μmol/L,隐藻生长的培养液最优组合为10μmol/L磷浓度和100 nmol/L铁浓度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The interrelated influence of iron and phosphorus nutrients on the growth of Cryptomonas sp.was studied by using the orthogonal experiment design method.It is shown from the study results that the interrelated influence of iron and phosphorus nutrients on the growth of Cryptomonas sp.is extremely significant,the iron concentration range suitable for the growth of Cryptomonas sp.is 50 nmol/L to 1 μmol/L,and the optimal combination of culture solution for the growth of Cryptomonas sp.is 10 μmol/L phosphorus concentration and 100 nmol/L iron concentration.更多还原
