固定化多酚氧化酶催化合成邻苯二酚
Biotransformation of Catechol from Phenol Catalyzed by immobilized Polyphenol Oxidase
【摘要】 利用壳聚糖固定化蘑菇多酚氧化酶催化氧化苯酚合成邻苯二酚,考察了固定化多酚氧化酶羟基化反应条件对目的产物产率的影响。确定适宜的羟基化工艺条件为:以氯仿为溶剂、底物浓度为20 mmol.L-1,pH值为7.0,含水量为0.9%、温度为30℃、反应时间为5 h,在此条件下催化合成邻苯二酚的产率为11.02%。
【Abstract】 Phenol is transformed into catechol by chitosan immobilized mushroom polyphenol oxidase.Effects of reaction conditions on the yield of catechol are investigated,and suitable hydroxylation conditions are obtained as follows:using chloroform as solvent,substrate concentration is(20 mmol)·L-1,pH value is 7.0,water content is 0.9%,temperature is 30℃,reaction time is 5 h.Under such conditions,the yield of catechol is 11.02%.
