利用SAS软件优化L-精氨酸发酵培养基
SAS Application in Studies on Medium Optimization of L-Arginine Fermentation
【摘要】 利用SAS软件中二水平设计和响应面分析法较系统地研究了谷氨酸棒杆菌(Corynebacterium glutamicum)精氨酸发酵培养基,得到了精氨酸产量在一定条件下随硫酸铵、玉米浆、磷酸二氢钾的变化规律,并根据分析结果优化了发酵培养基,产量可提高近64%。
【Abstract】 The optimum medium forCorynebacterium glutamicumZH-03 was systematically studied with SAS system.Firstly,the prime factors affecting L-arginine yield were selected by means of Plackett-Burman de-sign;secondly,the prime factors were optimized by response surface analysis.Under the optimum level deter-mined,the yield increased by 64%.
