【Abstract】 The process conditions of transformation linoleic acid into conjugated linoleic acid via Lactobacillus acidophilus were optimized.The optimum conditions were linoleic acid ratio 0.1%(v/v),reaction temperature 36℃,incubation time 36 h,and pH 6.0.Under optimum conditions,the yield of conjugated linoleic acid was 37.85%.The composition of conjugated linoleic acid isomers was analyzed by gas chromatography.更多还原
