蛋氨酸的研究现状及其应用前景
Current Research and Application Prospects of Methionine
【摘要】 论述了蛋氨酸的理化性质、生理功能及合成方法,重点介绍了世界上几大主要蛋氨酸生产厂家的生产工艺,分析了我国蛋氨酸生产面临的困难,展望了蛋氨酸的应用前景.
【Abstract】 This paper presents the physicochemical properties and physiological functions of methionine and its synthetic methods.The main production technologies of methionine in the world are introduced.The difficulties with the technology of producing methionine in China and the trends of its development are analyzed.
