自行火炮液压系统泄漏机理及影响因素研究
Study on Leaky Mechanism and Influential Factor of Hydraulic Fluid of Self-propelled Artillery
【摘要】 对液压系统油液泄漏进行了分析,综合考虑系统的工作压力、温度和混入空气量影响,建立了多因素影响条件下自行火炮油液泄漏量的数学模型,通过分析得出泄漏量随着压力呈峰值变化规律.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the fluid leakage fault of hydraulic system is analyzed.Taking into consideration the effects of operating pressure,temperature and mixed air rate of hydraulic system,the mathematical model of hydraulic fluid leakage rate of self-propelled artillery is established.And the rules that leakage rate changes in company with the pressure parameters are found based on the analysis.
