【摘要】 目的:总结小肠内支撑排列术治疗术后广泛粘连性肠梗阻的临床经验与效果。方法:回顾分析1997~2003年采用小肠内支撑排列术治疗术后广泛粘连性肠梗阻25例临床资料。结果:24例术后无并发症发生,顺利康复,1例肠坏死肠切除病例术后发生肠瘘,经内支撑管持续负压引流后3周痊愈。23例经2~7年随访,均未再次出现肠粘连和肠梗阻。结论:对术后出现广泛粘连性肠梗阻患者,小肠内支撑排列术是一种操作简单、安全而有效的术式,对预防肠梗阻有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the clinical experience and efficacy of internal intestinal splinting in treatment of recurrent postoperative multiple intestinal obstruction due to massive adhesion.Methods:A retrospectivel analysis was conducted on data of 25 patients with recurrent postoperative massive adhesive ileus who underwent internal intestinal splinting from 1997 to 2003.Results:Among the 25 patients,twenty three patients recovered smoothly with no postoperative complications;one patient with intestinal necrosis presented intestinal fistula after intestinal resection and was cured quickly later with continuing negative pressure suction by internal stenting tube;19 patients were followed-up for 2-7 years and no intestinal adhesion and obstruction occurred.Conclusion:Internal intestinal splitting is a simple,safe and effective management in treating recurrent postoperative massive adhesive ileus with less complications and reliable outcome.更多还原
