【Abstract】 Environment protection is an assurance for the sustainable development of economy and society.It concerns the successive survival and development of a nation, and it also is an essential national policy.Because the environment protection in China mainly is an administrative behavior,the environment law execution is very important.The investigation indicates that the environment protection has made much progress in Hebei,but the environmental situation and law execution are not optimized.This paper discusses the situation of environment protection and law execution in Hebei,some countermeasures are proposed for perfecting the present situation.更多还原
