改进PSO算法在无功优化中的应用

【摘要】 利用PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization,粒子群优化)算法对无功优化问题进行求解。对基本的PSO算法进行了改进,设计了分组变权重的搜索策略,定义了分组权重向量,即通过对每次迭代后粒子的分组、每组赋予分组权重向量中的不同权重,同时使权重随迭代次数的增大而线性变化,使各粒子之间形成分工合作的关系,搜索的方向性更强,速度更快,对IEEE30节点系统的仿真结果表明了算法的有效性。

【Abstract】 The solution of the optimization of reactive power with PSO algorithm was explained.The basic PSO algorithm was modified by means of designing the search tactics of varied weighted packet,defining packet weighted vector,i.e.the packet of the particale through each time of iteration,each one vesting with different weight to the packet weighted vector.Meanwhile the increase of iteration time makes the weight linear variation,and forms a relationship of division and cooperation between each particle.It makes the search more directive and faster.Its effectiveness was demonstrated by the imitation of IEEE30 node system.
