【Abstract】 An ion-selective eiectrode method was developed for the determination of the fluoride concentration at mg/L level.Fluoride ISE was preactivated in 0.5 mol/L H-2SO-4 medium and then fluoride was determined in TISAM medium.The linear range for the determination of fluoride is between 1.00 ×10^-2～1.00 ×10^-7 mol/L,and the detection limit of the method is 1.9 μg/L.The method has been used for the determination of trace fluoride in tea drink,drinking water and milk with satisfactory results.A possible mechanism for the activation of FISE was proposed.更多还原
