双钙钛矿型化合物LaK0.99Fe1.2Mo0.8O6性质的研究
Large Magnetoresistance,Structure and Magnetic Properties of the Double Perovskite LaK0.99Fe1.2Mo0.8O6 Compound
【摘要】 合成了双钙钛矿型氧化物LaK0.99Fe1.2Mo0.8O6,并对它的结构、电磁性质等方面进行了研究.实验表明,此化合物的晶体结构属于立方晶系,空间群为Fm 3m;磁化强度随温度的升高缓慢减小;磁阻效应随着外磁场的增强而增加,当磁场为1.0 T时,磁电阻效应高达0.95,并在所研究的温度范围内基本保持不变.
【Abstract】 The double perovskite LaK-(0.99)Fe-(1.2)Mo-(0.8)O-6 ceramics have been successfully synthesized.The structural,Curie temperature and transport properties of this compound have been studied.Its structure belongs to cubic system with Fm(3)m space group.Magnetization slowly reduced with temperature and large magnetoresistance of the sample under 1T field remains constant around 0.95 in the studied temperature range.
