不锈钢薄壁管的微束脉冲等离子弧焊接工艺
PULSE MICRO-PLASMA ARC WELDING TECHNOLOGY OF STAINLESS STEEL THIN-WALL PIPE
【摘要】 分析了不锈钢薄壁管的焊接特点,选用了合适的焊接方法,制定了焊接工艺规程。通过对现有设备的改造和组合,实现了适合直径20 mm、壁厚0.8 mm不锈钢管的微束等离子弧焊接过程,取得了满意的焊接质量和外观成形。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the welding characteristics of stainless steel thin-wall pipe, proper welding method was select- ed and welding precedure specification was determined. 20 mm in diameter and 0.8 mm in wall thickness stainless steel pipe was pulse micro-plasma arc welded using the reformed and combined equipment, which can achieve satisfactory weld- ing quality and appearance formation.
