【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定安乃近注射液含量的方法。方法采用BDSC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以磷酸盐缓冲溶液-甲醇(70∶30)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为265nm。结果安乃近在1.225~8.164μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000);平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.5%,n=9。结论本方法结果准确,重现性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination content of metamizol injection by HPLC.METHODS BDSC_ 18 column was used and 0.05 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen-methanol (70∶30) was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1 ,the detecting wavelength was at 265 nm.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of metamizol and peak area within a range of 1.225～8.164μg,r=1.000.The average recover was 99.6% with RSD=0.5%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is highly repeatable and accurate.更多还原
