【摘要】 目的探讨十二指肠溃疡穿孔行腹腔镜单纯修补加药物三联疗法的治疗效果。方法通过31例不具备彻底性手术条件的十二指肠溃疡穿孔病例,采用腹腔镜单纯修补,术后口服奥美拉唑6周、克拉霉素和甲硝唑各2周的三联疗法治疗。结果本组手术均获成功,无手术并发症。经术后6个月胃镜复查,溃疡病灶均完全愈合。本组病例术后均获随访1年,无溃疡复发及并发症发生。结论腹腔镜十二指肠溃疡穿孔单纯修补术安全可靠,术后结合药物三联疗法治疗效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of patients with perforated duodenal ulcer who were taken laparoscopic repair and triple therapy with drugs.METHODS 31 patients who were not suitable for gastrectory were chosen for laparoscopic repair,and they were given triple-therapy with: omeprazole for 6 weeks,clarithromycin for 2 weeks and metronidazol 2 weeks separately.RESULTS All cases were successful and no complication happened.The ulcer focus healed completely in the patients with endoscopy examination 6 months after operation.During the one-year follow up time,there were no ulcer recurrence and no complications.CONCLUSION The result of this study demonstrates that laparoscopic repair and triple-therapy with drugs for perforated duodenal ulcer is safe and satisfactory.更多还原
