【摘要】 目的测定石榴皮中没食子酸的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Zorbax-C18色谱柱,流动相∶水-二甲基甲酰胺-冰醋酸(99.82∶0.15∶0.03),检测波长270nm,流速1mL.m in-1,柱温为室温。结果在0.081~0.811μg.mL-1范围内,没食子酸峰面积(Y)与其进样量(X)呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均日内、日间RSD为1.01%和1.60(n=6),不同浓度的平均回收率为98.35%,RSD=1.63%(n=6)。结论该法快速简便,稳定可靠,专属性强。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the content of gallic acid in Megranate’s-pericarp with HPLC.METHODS A zorbax-C₁₈column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used.The mobile phase was water-dimethyformamide-glacial acetic acid（99.82∶0.15∶0.03）,and detected at 270nm with flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1,and the temperature of column was at room temperature.RESULTS The linearity of gallic acid was over the range of 0.081～0.811μg·mL^-1with the correlation coefficient 0.9999.The average recoveries of different concentration was 98.35% with RSD 1.63%（n=6）;The within-day and between-day RSD was 1.01% and 1.60%（n=6）.CONCLUSION The method is convenient stable reliable and special for the dermination of gallic acid in Megranate s-pericarp.更多还原
