【摘要】 目的评价两种盐酸特比萘芬乳膏(商品名分别为兰美抒乳膏和丁克乳膏)治疗浅表真菌病的疗效和安全性。方法200例浅表真菌病患者随机分为两组。A组外用兰美抒乳膏。B组外用丁克乳膏。均每日2次。体股癣疗程2周,手足癣疗程4周。结果兰美抒组总有效率为85.0%,真菌清除率为100%。丁克组总有效率为83.0%,真菌清除率为98.0%,两组均无不良反应。结论两种盐酸特比萘芬乳膏疗效和安全性比较无显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and the safety of superficial mycoses treatment with two kinds terbinafine hydrochloride creams(Lamisil cream and Dike cream).METHODS 200 patients with superficial mycoses were divided into two group A and B randomly and treated with lamisi cream and Dike cream twice a day for 2 weeks(tinea corporis and cruris)of 4 weeks(tinea manus and lamisi pedis)respectively.RESULTS The total effective rate and the fungi clearance rate of lamisil cream group is 85% and 100%,while is 83.0% and 98% in cream group.There is no any adverse effects in both groups.CONCLUSION There is not significant different in the efficacy and safetyof superficial mycoses treatment with two kinds terbinafine hydrochloride creams.更多还原
