【摘要】 目的探讨胆道手术并发症发生的原因,预防和治疗措施。方法回顾总结因各种原因施行胆道手术542例术后并发症的发生和情况。结果542例手术后出现并发症24例,占4.6%,其中死亡1例,其余病例均及时处理痊愈出院。主要为胆道残留结石12例,胆汁瘘3例,胆道出血3例,胆道感染2例,T形管脱出2例,十二指肠瘘1例,腹腔内出血1例。结论在胆道手术中规范操作,选择合理的手术方式是防止并发症发生的有效措施,及时发现并发症并对其进行合理的处理是提高病人预后的最佳方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the cause, prevention and management of complication after bile duct operation. Methods Retrospective study was performed on 542 cases. Results The complication was 4.6%(24cases). Including one patient dies, other cases were all recovered by managed in time, retained calculus of bile duct in 12, finstula of bile duct in 3, bile duct hemorrhage in 3cases. Bile duct abscesss in 2 cases, T-tube emerge in 2 cases, fistula of duodenum in 1 case. Intraobdominal hemorrbage in 1 case.
