【摘要】 目的总结睾丸扭转的诊治经验。方法回顾性总结11例睾丸扭转患者的诊治资料,结合文献进行分析。结果11例患者均经彩色B超检查,确诊为睾丸扭转。1例经手法复位治愈,4例经手术复位治愈,6例行睾丸切除。9例随诊1～3年,复位或剩余的睾丸血流正常。结论彩超是诊断急性睾丸扭转的可靠方法,确诊或怀疑诊断均宜积极手术探查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torison.Methods Clinical data of 11 cases of testicular torison were analysed retrospectively.Results The diagnosis of testicular torison in all the 11cases was assessed on color Doppler ultrasonics.1 case was cared by manual detorsion.4 by surgical detorsion and orchidopexy.6 by orchiectomy and contralateral orchidopexy.9 cases have been performed for 1～3 years.The testiculars of detorsion and left testiculars were normal in blood flow.Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonics examination conserve as a chief adjuvant diagnostic method for testicular torison.All cases were assessed or considering the diagnosis of testicular torison should be treated by early surgical exploration orchidopexy.更多还原
