【摘要】 目的探讨卵巢恶性淋巴瘤病理特征与治疗、预后关系。方法应用光镜及免疫组化标记,回顾性分析与5例卵巢原发性淋巴瘤的临床病理特点。结果主要表现为卵巢包块,来源于B细胞,采取手术、化疗等综合性治疗后,无1例复发。结论卵巢原发性淋巴瘤大多数属于B细胞性,通过治疗后预后较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To study the pathological characteristics and Lymphoma of the ovary and its clinical significance. Methods The clinical and pathological features of 5cases primary ovary Lymphoma were evaluated by Light microscopy and immunohistochemical. Result ovarianmass was founded in all cases. Tumor cell was developed from B lymphocyte. No case recurred with treatment of surgery and chemotherapy after 5 years fallowing-up. Conclusions the main type of primary malignant ovarian Lymphoma is B Lymphocyte. Optimistic prognosis is expected often operable treatment.更多还原
