【摘要】 目的探讨半缝合半挂线法治疗外口较远的肛瘘的疗效。方法距肛缘3cm外的瘘管切除后缝合切口,剩余部分瘘管给予挂线引流治疗外口距肛缘超过5cm的肛瘘11例。结果疗效满意,随诊1年无复发病例。结论本术式缩短了愈合时间,减轻病人痛苦,局部瘢痕小,保持了肛门功能;在疗效上优于单纯挂线法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of semil-suture and semi-drainage therapy in treatment of complex anal fistula. Methods Excision of the fistula incision 3cm away from the anal edge and deconnected all-layer suture. The surplus partial fistulas received thread-drawing treat nent. Results The curative effect is satisfied, along with examines for 1 year not to have recurs case of illness. Couclusions This technique type reduced healed the time, reduced the patient pain, the partial scar was small, maintained the anus function, it is better than the thread-drawing treatment.更多还原
