【摘要】 目的分析坚固内固定术加颌间牵引对颌骨骨折复位效果的影响。方法对81例颌骨骨折行坚固内固定术的病例进行探讨,其中59例术后加颌间牵引,22例不加颌间牵引。结果两组效果有显著性差异(P<0.05),坚固内固定术加颌间牵引组治疗效果优于不加颌间牵引组。结论坚固内固定术效果可靠,操作简便,创伤小,术后加颌间牵引对颌骨骨折具有良好的复位作用,能早期恢复颌骨功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectiive To analyse the affection of rigid internal fixation with intermaxillary traction to treat jaw fraetrue. Methods 22 cases among 81 accepted rigid internal fixation, the other 59 cases accepted rigid internal fixation and intermaxillary traction. Results There was significant difference between the two methods (P<0.05), the methods of rigid internal fixation with intermaxillary traction is better than the methods of single rigid internal fixation. Conclusions Rigid internal fixation has advantage and reiable method, which is superior to conventional intermaxillary ixation and wire fixation, rigid internal fixation with intermaxillary traction has a good reducing effect to treat jaw fracture.更多还原
