【摘要】 目的探讨膝关节结核的诊断,拟定最佳治疗方案;方法回顾性分析1998—2005年6月我院收治的14例膝关节病人的诊断及治疗结果;结果本病早期诊断较困难,6例发病1～3个月确诊,保守治疗9例,2例行滑膜切除,病灶清除,3例行病灶清除,膝关节加压融合术,无一例复发;结论早期诊断性穿刺与治疗具有重要意义,治疗越早关节功能恢复较好,晚期主要是尽快控制病情而行关节融合术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis of knee joint-tuberculosis- and to decide treatment of knee joint tuberculosis. Methods To analyse 14 cases diagnosed knee joint tuberculosis in our hospital. Results The disease did not diagnosed in early stage; 6 cases were diagnosed in 1-3 month; 9 cases were medicine; 2 cases were synovioectomy; 3 cases were diagnosed in 1-3 month; 9 cases were medicine; 2 cases were synovioectomy; 3 cases were focalectomy and arthrodesis. One cases did not recurred. Conclusions Arthrocentsis diagnosed in early stage and treated are important senses. The treating the early and the more the function for the joint.更多还原
