【摘要】 目的探讨塞透派勒链治疗骨关节感染的疗效。方法49例采用病灶清除术后使用塞透派勒链。化脓性骨髓炎16例,膝关节炎11例,髋关节炎7例,开放性骨折感染15例,以术后伤口愈合情况评定疗效。结果所有49例病人均获得随访,随访时间12—36个月,平均18个月。一期愈合率95.9%(47/49),无复发。结论塞透派勒链具有较好体内缓释作用,能保证病灶清除术野有足够的抗菌能力,实为日前治疗骨关节感染的理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the result of the treatment of bone and joint infection with Septopal. Methods 49 cases of bone and joint infection were treated by Septopal after the surgery. 16 cases were suppurative osteomyelitis. 11 case were suppuetive gonarthrithis. 7 case were septic coxitis. 15 case were Infection in Open Tibial Fractures. The clinical result was evaluated by wound healing. Results All the 49 cases were followed up for 12 to 36 months(average 18 months) The initial cure ratio was 47/49 and the recurrence ratio zero. Conclusions Septopal is a good drug with sustained antibiotic effect in vivo. There is higher antibiotic concentration in the area of operation. It may be the most ideal treatment of bone and joint infection.更多还原
