【摘要】 目的探讨金双歧治疗婴幼儿急性腹泻的疗效。方法通过对50例急性腹泻的婴幼儿患者用金双歧治疗,观察其全身症状及大便性状的变化情况,并与40例病情相同的对照组进行比较。结果治疗组显效27例,有效20例,无效3例,总有效率94%;对照组显效13例,有效15例,无效12例,总有效率70%。两组比较有显著差异(x2=7.57,P<0.01)。结论用金双歧治疗婴幼儿急性腹泻有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of Golden Bifid in the trertment of infantile diarrheas. Methods Through 50 sufferers with infantile diarrheas treated by Golden Bifidthe variation of constitutional symptom and defecate character were observed.contrast was made in 40 contrasting group with the same state of an illness. Results In therapeutic group,27 cases produced effects20 had efficacious effcts and 3 failed to respond to medical treatment.The total efficiency was 94%;In contrasting group13 cases had tangible results15 effective and 12 of no avail.The total efficiency was 70%.Comparing with two groupsthere was a remarkable difference (x2=7.57P<0.01).
