【摘要】 目的介绍和总结旋入式髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的方法及疗效。方法自2001年8月～2003年11月采用旋入式髓内钉顺行或逆引植入治疗肱骨干骨折12例,术后不用外固定,一周后进行适当功能锻炼;粉碎性骨折石膏固定6周后,开始功能锻炼。结果本组12例,均经3个月～2年随访,获得愈合,无并发症出现。按Neer功能评分标准,优良率100%。结论旋入式髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折,固定牢靠,并发症少,愈合率高,功能恢复良好,是一种有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce and summarize the techniquec and results of circumflex type intramedullary pin for the treatment of fracture of humerus. Methods From August 2001 to November 2003,12 Patients of fracture of shaft of humerus were treated with circumflex typ intramedullary pin sequence embel,without external fixation,and preceded with proper exercises of function after aweek; Fragmentary fractures were clenched in plaster for six weeks,and proceeded with functional exercises. Results The follow-up period was 3 months-2 years,12 cases were health cure,and no complications. According to Neer’s scale,the function of shoulder was excellent in 100% Conclusions Circumflex type intramedullary pin for the treatment of fracture of humerus could achieve reliable fixation,there were seldom complications and the rate of healing was high,and the recovery of function was satisfactory. It was an operational treatment of fracture of shaft of humerus.更多还原
