油木奈成熟胚愈伤组织的诱导与保持
Induction and maintenance of the calli for the mature embryos of younai
【摘要】 以油木奈成熟胚为材料,对愈伤组织的诱导和保持进行了初步研究。结果表明:以WPM为基本培养基,当2,4-D浓度为2.0 mg.L-1时,成熟胚的诱导率最高,达73.54%;以MS为基本培养基,KT浓度一定时,2,4-D浓度为1.0 mg.L-1时,愈伤组织保持的效果较好。
【Abstract】 The calli for the mature embryos of younai（Prunus salicina Lindl.var.cordata J.Y.Zhang et al.） were induced and maintained.The results showed that the rate of calli was maximum reaching 73.54% in WPM medium added 2,4-D of 2.0 mg·L-1;that the effectiveness in maintenance of the calli in MS medium added KT of fixed concentration and 2,4-D of 1.0 mg·L-1 was superior to the other media.
