【摘要】 目的探讨正颌手术联合口腔正畸治疗上颌骨水平向发育过度畸形。方法采用上颌前部骨切开术,结合术前、术后的固定正畸方法联合治疗。结果12例患者治疗后取得较好的外观效果咬牙合关系。结论正颌外科结合正畸对于上颌前突畸形的治疗取得最佳的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the curative effect of treatment that combines maxillary rectification surgery with oral rectification of deformation on the deformation of overly developed maxilla in horizontal direction.Methods Apply a combined treatment of osteotomy on the anterior part of maxilla coupled with the method of fixing rectification of deformation before and after the surgery.Results Good appearance effect and occlusion relation were achived on 12 sufferers after the treatment.Conclusion Maxillary rectification surgery combining with oral rectification of defromation can achieve the best curative effect on treatingthe defromation of maxillary protrusion.更多还原
