【摘要】 目的探讨合并糖尿病的妇科手术病人的治疗措施。方法对1996年1月~2004年12月治疗的113例合并糖尿病的妇科手术病人作回顾性分析。结果113例病人中,106例行择期手术,7例行急诊手术。术后并发症发生率:切口感染6例,肺部感染3例,泌尿系统感染4例,左下肢深静脉血栓形成1例。无酮症酸中毒发生,无手术死亡病例。结论合并糖尿病的妇科手术病人只要围手术期严格控制血糖,选择合理的手术时间及麻醉方式,完全可以达到理想的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the gynecologic operation in 113 cases complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods Retrospective analyze of 113 patients complicated with diabetes mellitus undergoing gynecologic operation admitted in our hospital since Jan.1996 to Dec.2004.Results Of all 113 cases,106 cases were subjected elective operations.The remaining 8 cases received emergency operations.The morbidity of postoperative complication: incision infection in 6 cases,pneumonia in 3 cases,urethritis in 4 cases and left lower limbs deep venous thrombosis in 1 case.There was no postoperative diabetic ketoacidosis and operative death.Conclusion If the patient’s blood-glucose concentration perioperatively could be well controllled,and the opportunity of operation and anesthesia selected reasonably,the effect of treatment on the patients of gynecologic operation complicated with diabetes mellitus would be very gratified.更多还原
