【摘要】 目的观察单纯2型糖尿病患者心电图QT离散度(QTd)的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法选择冠状动脉造影结果正常的18例2型糖尿病患者和22例正常者,测定2组血清甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、QT间期、QTd、校正QT间期(QTc)、校正QT离散度(QTcd)。结果2型糖尿病组TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、QT、QTd、QTcd与对照组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05);2型糖尿病组CHO显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论单纯2型糖尿病患者心电图QTd、QTcd无变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the change of electrocardiogram QT dispersion of type 2 diabetis patients and to investigate its cli8nical importance. Methods Selected 18cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus as study object and 22 healthy persons as control.All objects were excluded coronary disease by means of coronary angiograph.Detecting serum triglyceride(TG)、total cholesterol(CHO)、high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)、low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and measuring QT interval(QT)、QT dispersion(QTd)、corrected QT interval(QTc)、corrected QT dispersion(QTcd) of the above mentioned groups. Results The TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、QT、QTd、QTcd、between two groups had not significant differences(P<0.01). Conclusion The QTd and QTcd have not probably been influenced at type 2 diabete mellitus.更多还原
