【摘要】 目的研究非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及肺耐药相关蛋白(LRP)的关系。方法应用免疫组化法S-P法检测43例非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织(其中初治病例32例,复发病例1l例)和10例坏死增生性淋巴结炎中VEGF、LRP。结果VEGF、LRP在NHL患者中表达明显高于对照组,而且复发组高于初治组。12例随访患者中LRP阴性者治疗效果优于LRP阳性者。结论NHL患者VEGF、LRP的检测,可作为了解病情、观察疗效、判断预后的指标。LRP过度表达与临床耐药及疗效相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between VEGF with anti-apoptosis factor Bcl-2 and the expression of P-gp protein in NHL patients.Methods VEGF and lung resistance-related protein(LRP) were tested by immunohistochemical method SP On tissues of 43 cases(including 32 newly diagnosed cases,11 relapsed cases) of NHL and of 10 cases of narcotizing hyperplasic lymphadenitis.Results VEGF and LRP in NHL patients were higher than in comparison group and the relapsed groups were higher than newly diagnosed groups.Conclusion The levels of VEGF and LRP were an index to recognize the state of illness,observe curative effect and judge prognosis in NHL.Over expression of LRP appears to be another clinically relevant to drug resistance and predicts for poor outcome in NHL.更多还原
