相对缺血缺氧条件下前列腺组织中Caspase-3 Bcl-2和bFGF中的表达及意义
Expression of Caspase-3、Bcl-2 and bFGF in prostate of partly lacking blood and hypoxia
【摘要】 目的研究在相对缺氧状态下前列腺组织中Caspase-3、Bcl-2和bFGF的表达,了解缺血缺氧状态促进前列腺增生的作用。方法应用免疫组化方法检测60例在相对缺血缺氧状态下大鼠前列腺组织中Caspase-3、Bcl-2和bFGF的表达,并与正常的前列腺组织进行比较。结果在相对缺血缺氧状态下前列腺呈增生改变,前列腺组织中Caspase-3呈低表达,在没有缺血缺氧条件下正常前列腺组织中Caspase-3呈高表达;Bcl-2和bFGF在相对缺血缺氧条件下前列腺组织中的表达显著高于没有缺血缺氧条件下正常前列腺组织。结论在相对缺血缺氧状态下前列腺增生组织中Caspase-3呈低表达,而Bcl-2和bFGF呈高表达,说明相对缺血缺氧对前列腺增生起到了重要的促进作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression pattern of Caspase-3、Bal-2 and bFGF in prostate of partly lacking blood and hypoxia and to understand the role in the benign prostate hyperplasia.Methods The expressions of Caspase-3、FGF-2 and Bcl-2 protein were studied in 60 cases prostate tissues of partly lacking blood and hypoxia by means of avidin-biotin complex immunohistochemistry and contrasting with natural prostate tissues.Results Prostate tissues had a hyperplasia when prostate lack blood and hypoxia partly,and Caspase-3’s expression level was lower than natural prostate tissues;Bcl-2 and bFGF’s expression level were significantly higher in partly lacking blood and hypoxia than natural prostate tissues.Conclusion he prostate of lacking blood and hypoxia is important stimulate factor in benign prostate hyperplasia.
