【摘要】 目的研究超抗原SEA(葡萄球菌肠毒素A)对C57BL／6小鼠和昆明种小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞的不同活化作用。方法淋巴细胞转化实验采用MTT法;细胞因子IL-2检测采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(双抗夹心法)。结果超抗原SEA对C57BL／6小鼠和昆明种小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞均有明显的促增殖作用,但对C57BL／6小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞活化作用强于对昆明种小鼠。结论超抗原SEA对体外小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞的促增殖作用与其浓度、刺激时间及小鼠的种类有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the proliferative activation of mice spleen lymphocytes in response to superantigen SEA. Methods MTT assay were used to detect the proliferation of mice spleen lymphocytes and ELISA to detect IL-2 levels produced by the activated lymphocytes. Results Both the C57BL/6 and Kunming mice spleen lymphocytes can be activated by superantigen SEA. The proliferative activation of lymphocytes in C57BL/6 mice spleen with SEA was greater than Kunming mice.
