【摘要】 目的:介绍一种改良“去表皮乳晕双三角皮瓣法”矫治乳头内陷的手术方法。方法:在用乳晕去表皮双三角皮瓣填充支撑法矫治乳头内陷时,将一侧皮瓣向乳头内翻转270度以填充隆起乳头,然后另一侧皮瓣翻转180度置于乳头基部以支撑乳头和缩小乳头基底直径。结果:2001年1月-2006年5月采用此法矫正先天性乳头内陷15例均获成功,外形满意,感觉良好,无复发。结论:本法是矫治乳头内陷的一种较理想的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce a new effective operative method by using dual de-epithelialized triangular areola flaps as supporting tissue to correct inverted nipples.Methods:In this procedure,one of the dual de-epithelialized triangular flaps was turned 270° medially to the nipple as supporting tissue,the other was reversed 180° and placed beneath the base of the nipple.The base was then tightened to reinforce the protrusion and prevent the withdrawal of the nipple.Results:15 patients were successfully treated with this technique from January 2002 to May 2005.In all cases,there were no complications related to surgery,and the appearance and sensation of the nipples were satisfactory.Conclusion: This method is simple,safe and effective for correction of nipple inversion.更多还原
