【Abstract】 In this paper the basic theory of energy saving for cane sugar mills is discussed. The main factors affecting energy consumption in thermic system of cane sugar mills is analysed. According to the present energy consumption data of cane sugar mills, the reasonable level for cane sugar mills in the present stage is obtained.
