【摘要】 运动中的选择性注意是指,运动主体心理活动指向各种与动作技术完成相关的刺激,并对其做出选择应答的一种意识调节状态,其特点是意识的指向性和集中性。运动中的选择性注意多是视觉信号之间的竞争选择,如果将注意指向所有那些与完成动作有关的适宜刺激、而不是指向那些无关的刺激,就更有可能做出最佳的竞赛表现和体验到情绪饱满自如的状态。选择性注意不当的主要原因是:注意受无关信息的干扰,没有指向相关信息;未能把所有注意集中到与成功运动绩效有关的信息上;注意指向过窄。良好的选择性注意需要预测信息并识别复杂的信息结构、提取重要视觉信息、抗拒干扰信息、合理分配与转移注意。外部刺激的可预测性也影响选择性注意效果。更多还原
