【Abstract】 Fresh amnion of the spotted deer was used to obtain protein by means of salt solution and fractional precipitation. According to the content of protein,the optimum extraction condition was studied and the molecular weight was measured by SDS-polyacrylamide gels electrophoresis. The extraction parameters of protein were as follows: the time of salting-out is 12 hours,the pH value is 7,and the concentration of the (NH4)2SO4 saturation is 60%.更多还原
