【Abstract】 Lactic acid bacteria for γ-amino butyric acid(GABA) production were isolated and screened from soil, kimchi and acidophilus milk. The Lactic acid bacteria 6# with high production of GABA was obtained. The content of GABA was 0.463g/L measured by HPLC-ELSD. The strain for the highest production of GABA was for the preliminary identification.更多还原
