【摘要】 通过对新中国成立后,农业对工业、农村对城市哺育的回顾,对美、日、韩三国“反哺”经验的借鉴,提出反哺的“两种类型”和“两个层面”。着重论述两个反哺,一要靠中央政府和各级地方政府的政策和资金等支持,这是主渠道;二要靠充分调动城市、工厂、企业、各行各业甚至城市居民的积极性,加大对“三农”的支持帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 By reviewing the nurture from agriculture to industry and from rural areas to urban districts after the founding of New China,and by drawing on the experiences of reverse-nurture in the U.S,Japan and Korea as well,this paper aims to propose two kinds or levels of reverse-nurture: One is to get the support from both central and local governments,which can offer policies and financial support;the other is to depend upon the public,including people in cities,factories,businesses,etc.and arose their enthusiasm.Meanwhile,it becomes vital to provide extra help for countryside,agriculture and peasants.更多还原
