【摘要】 本文对半夏化学成分进行研究。采用乙醇溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析分离,经过光谱分析鉴定其结构。分离,鉴定了7个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、琥珀酸(Ⅲ)、4-氨基丁酸(Ⅳ)、丙氨酸(Ⅴ)、棕榈酸(Ⅵ)、棕榈酰胺(Ⅶ)。其中Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the chemical constituents of Pinellia ternate(Thunb.) Breit.,the compounds were separated by chromatography on silica gel from the ethanol extracts.Seven compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol(Ⅰ),daucosterol(Ⅱ),succinic acid(Ⅲ),4-aminobutyric acid(Ⅳ),alanine(Ⅴ),palmitic acid(Ⅵ),palmitic amide(Ⅶ).In which compounds Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅶ were isolated from this plant for the first time.更多还原
