红枫湖及其污染源中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的测定
Determination of phthalate esters in Hongfeng Lake and its pollution source
【摘要】 根据红枫湖的地理位置及周边污染源分布情况,采用贵州省环境监测站对红枫湖月监控检测的布点方案采样,应用固相微萃取-高效液相色谱(SPME-HPLC)联用的方法,测定了红枫湖水及其周边工厂污水中5种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物。
【Abstract】 A method for determining five phthalate esters in environmental sample by SPME coupled with HPLC is developed.This method is also used in the research on the pollution of phthalate esters in Hongfeng Lake,Guiyang.The samples of the lake refer to Guizhou Environment Inspection Spot’Project according to the lake location and pollution distribution.
