一种有机多层量子阱结构能量转移的研究
Study on Photoluminescence Characteristics of an Organic Multiple Quantum Well Structure
【摘要】 将有机材料PBD和Alq3交替生长,制备PBD/Alq3有机多层量子阱结构(OMQWs)。利用电化学循环伏安法和光吸收分别测定PBD和Alq3最低空分子轨道(LUMO)和最高占据分子轨道(HOMO)。从能带图可看出,类似于无机半导体中的I型量子阱结构。利用小角X射线衍射(XRD)和荧光光谱研究了OMQWs的结构特征和光致发光特性。本文基于四个周期制备了不同势垒层和势阱层厚度的样品。随着势垒层厚度地变化,PBD与Alq3之间的能量转移也有所变化,文中将给与讨论。
【Abstract】 Organic multiple quantum well structures, which consist of alternate PBD and Alq3, have been fabricated. We measure the lowest unoccupied molecular orbit (LUMO) and the highest occupied molecular orbit (HOMO) of PBD and Alq3 by electrochemistry cyclic voltammetry and optical absorption. From the energy diagrams, it is similar to type-I quantum well structure of inorganic semiconductor. Their structural and photoluminescence characteristics have been investigated through small angle X-ray diffraction measurements and fluorescent spectrometry. In this paper based on 4-period quantum well, different samples with different thick barriers and wells are prepared. The energy transfer from PBD to Alq3 varies as the barrier thickness changes. All will be discussed.
