纳米二氧化钛在物体表面的抗菌作用
Research on Antibacterial Property of Nanometer TiO2 on the Surface of Solids
【摘要】 考察纳米二氧化钛及其复合物在物体表面的灭菌作用,用MR-VP显色法测定大肠杆菌数。实验结果表明纳米二氧化钛及其复合物涂于固体表面后都有很好的灭菌效果,其中纳米二氧化钛在瓷片和纸片上对大肠杆菌的灭菌率均达到了100%;纳米二氧化钛涂于瓷片表面,经过600℃高温处理后仍有很好的灭菌效果。因此涂布在固体表面的纳米二氧化钛可以有效地抑制和杀灭微生物作用。
【Abstract】 The antibacterial property of nanometer TiO2 spray on solids surface was carried out with the MR-VP method for counting the amounts of bacteria. Paper and ceramic tile were coated by the spray and used for antibacterial test. The results demonstrated that the TiO2 nanometer spray and its composite samples had very good disinfection for E. coli, which can reach to 100%. The ceramic tile coated by the spray and treated under 600℃ bad good ability to disinfect bacterium. Therefore, the nanometer TiO2 can be used on the solid surface for antibacterial utilization.
