【摘要】 信息时代,人们在网络上建立同盟组织,进行网络选举,部分人权转移到网络中实现,网络政治人权观也由此形成。新的网络政治人权观可以对人权价值观进行理想设计,并试图在网络上实现。网络政治参与形式多样,内容广泛,效能感强。但偏激的网络政治参与也导致个人主义盛行、政治参与偏激、政治谣言四起等不良政治行为。应通过重塑网络人权理念,积极引导、限制过激言行,促使网络政治参与有序、健康进行。更多还原
