多相介质中金属容器内壁的腐蚀与防护机理
The metal container’s corrosion and preservation in the oil field multiphase system
【摘要】 金属腐蚀对生产安全有重要影响,实验用Gamry PCI-750测定了16MnR钢片和镁阳极的塔菲尔曲线,静态法测定16MnR钢片的腐蚀速率,并用柴油、乙二醇和水配制电解液,模拟实际油田的多相体系.实验着重测定了16MnR钢片和镁阳极的开路电压、腐蚀电位、腐蚀电流密度、腐蚀速率、最小保护电位和最小保护电流密度.
【Abstract】 Metal corrosion produce an important influence with the safe production,the experiment mensurate the Tafel curve of the 16MnR and magnesium with Gamry PCI-750,the static corrosion experiment mensurate the corrosion rate of 16MnR,using diesel oil glycol and water confect the electrolyte to imitate actual oil field multiphase system.The experiment emphasized to mensurate the potential,corrosion potential,the density corrosion current,corrosion rate,the least protection potential,the density of the least protection current.
