【摘要】 介绍西门子S7-200 PLC和W inCC组态软件在除尘控制系统中的应用。通过分析除尘系统的特点,给出了相应的控制策略及算法,设计了相关的程序模块。利用W inCC组态模拟现场画面,操作界面简单明了,方便易用。实际应用表明由S7-200 PLC和W inCC组态软件构成的控制系统具有成本低廉、经济实用、可靠性高等特点,同时节约了设备投资。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper presents the application of the S7-200 PLC & the WinCC configuration software to a dust-removing control system,including some control measures and algorithm to be adopted by analyzing the characteristic of the system.Some relevant program blocks are designed.The menus of the real scenes are simulated with the WinCC software.The menus are simple and easy to use.The actual application shows that the control system consisting of the S7-200 PLC & the WinCC configuration software is economical and highly reliable,and that it can reduce the investment in the equipment.更多还原
