高温熔体直径激光在线测量系统的实现
The realization of a laser on-line measuring system for determining diameters of high-temperature melts
【摘要】 在总结传统高温熔体挤出物直径测量方法不足的基础上,提出了激光在线测量技术。以此为依据设计了高温熔体直径激光在线测量系统实现方案;并采用PCL-812PG数据采集卡,以Delphi作为软件开发平台,设计出数据采集软件。实验结果表明该系统具有精度高、非接触、速度快等特点,完全符合高温熔体直径测量的要求。
【Abstract】 The paper analyses the shortcoming of the conventional measuring technology.Based on this analysis,the paper discusses a design proposal for realizing a laser on-line measuring system,which adopts the PCL-812PG data-collecting card and uses Delphi as a designing platform.A kind of data gathering software is also designed.The experimental result shows that the system has the features of high accuracy,noncontact,high speed,etc.The system can satisfy the measuring requirement for determining the diameters of high-temperature melts.
