【摘要】 目的:探讨不同海拔高度人群牙龈及龈沟液中IL-8含量。方法:应用免疫荧光检测法测得检测值并用Studentt检验进行统计学处理。结果:广州、西宁两地牙龈及龈沟液IL-8的检出率均明显高于青海玉树结古。结论:高原缺氧、营养物质缺乏、饮食单调、末梢循环差等因素均可导致宿主免疫力低下而导致牙龈及龈沟液IL-8含量低于广州、西宁。海拔高度有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine the content of IL-8 in gum and gingival crevicular fluid in Tibetan and Hah nationality at different altitude. Methods: The level of IL—8 in population,who have been living in Guangzhou city(2m altitudes),Xining city(2 260m altitudes) and Yushu nation(3 800m altitudes) respectively,was measured by immunofluorescence detection;the results were analyzed by statistical treatment of Student and t test.Results: The positive rate of IL-8 in gum and gingival crevicular fluid in Guangzhou and/or Xining was significantly higher than that in Yushu,there was a difference(P<0.05).Conclusions: There is a lower level of IL-8 in human with higher altitude due to hypoxia and other reasons.更多还原
