【摘要】 目的探讨气管支气管外伤性断裂的诊断和治疗方法。方法对16例气管、支气管外伤性断裂病人的临床资料进行分析总结。结果本组16例,男性11例;女性5例。年龄18~56岁。车祸伤11例,挤压伤4例,锐器伤1例。其中气管外伤性断裂4例,右主支气管外伤性断裂7例,左主支气管外伤性断裂4例,右中间支气管外伤性断裂1例。全组均接受了手术治疗,受伤至接受手术时间5h~62d,受伤7d内接受手术9例,占56.2%。除2例行肺叶切除外,14例行气管或支气管端端吻合术。16例均痊愈出院。结论需提高气管支气管外伤性断裂的警惕性,及时诊断和手术治疗可挽救伤者生命并可避免肺叶切除。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the Diagnosis and treatment of tracheobranchial traumatic rupture.Methods 16 cases of tracheobranchial traumatic rupture patients were retrospectively analysed.Results 11 male cases, 5 cases females, aged from 18 to 56 years old with traffic accident 11 cases, crush injury 4 , sharp instrument injury 1.among them trachea rupture 4 cases, right main bronchus rupture 1 case. All cases underwent operation. The times from injury to operation were 5 hours to 62 days with them, 9 cases (56.2%) within 7 days after injury. Except two cases lobectomy, tracheal or bronchial end-to-end anastomosis was carried out in 14 cases. All patients fully recovered.Conclusion Tracheobranchial traumatic rupture should get enough alert in dealing with the thoracic trauma patient. Prompt diagnosis and operation can save life can advoid lobectomy.更多还原
