【摘要】 目的探讨C-erbB-2在甲状腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法对30例甲状腺癌组织和20例甲状腺良性病变组织中C-erb-B2的表达进行检测。结果C-erb-B2在甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺癌、有淋巴结转移的甲状腺癌、无淋巴结转移的甲状腺癌中的表达率分别为0%、0%、66.7%、83.3%、41.7%;甲状腺良性病变与甲状腺癌两者相比差异有高度显著性(P<0.001),有淋巴结转移者的阳性率明显高于无转移者(P<0.05)。结论CerbB2的检测对甲状腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断具有参考价值,CerbB2可以作为判断甲状腺癌生物学行为的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression and clinical significance of C-erbB-2 in thyroid carcinomas.Methods The expression of C-erbB-2 was examined by S-P immunohistochemical technique method in 30 cases of thyroid carcinomas and 20 cases of thyroid benign disease.Results Positive expression rates of C-erbB-2 protein in thyroid adenomas,nodular goitre,thyroid carcinoma,thyroid carcinoma with lymphatic metastasis,thyroid carcinoma without lymphatic metastasis were 0%,0%,66.7%,83.3%,41.7% respectively.The comparison between thyroid benign disease and thyroid carcinoma showed statistically significant difference(P<0.001),the positive rate in thyroid carcinoma with lymphatic metastasis was statistically higher than that without lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The data suggest that the examination of C-erbB-2 is of value in differential diagnosis of benign or malignant thyroid disease lesions.C-erbB-2 may be used as an important marker for the assessment of biological behavior of thyroid carcinoma.更多还原
